GATESOLVER

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Operator

GateSolver (gatesolver.com) runs a CAPTCHA solving API service. This policy explains what data we keep, why, and for how long.

2. Data we keep

The hash and last 4 characters of your account token, the hash and last 4 characters of your API keys, your sign-up IP address and basic device info, your balance and its history, task records (type, requested site URL, status, time, amount), top-up records (method, amount, address, transaction ID), and support messages.

3. Task data

Images and CAPTCHA values received with a task are used only to produce the answer and are not kept after solving. Task records keep only the site URL and result status.

4. How we use data

To run your account and tasks, prevent abuse such as mass sign-ups, find and fix payment issues, answer your questions, and meet legal obligations.

5. Cookies

We only use a login cookie (gs_s) and a language cookie (gs_lang). No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Only what is strictly needed to run the service is shared with payment processing servers and hosting and network providers, and we may disclose data when the law requires it.

7. Retention

We keep account, task, top-up and support records while your account exists, and as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Records we no longer need are deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

Tokens and API keys are stored only as hashes, every connection uses HTTPS, and admin access is restricted.

9. Your rights

You can create a new API key at any time and ask support to delete your account. When an account is deleted, we erase everything we can and keep only what the law requires.

10. Blockchain data

Wallet addresses and transactions used for top-ups are public on the blockchain, so we cannot change or delete them.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may change, and the date above is the current version. Send any questions to support.
