Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses gatesolver.com, the member area and the API (the Service). By creating an account, topping up or calling the API, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

GateSolver is an API service that solves the CAPTCHA tasks you send with AI and returns the answer (token, cookie, text and more). You decide how and where to use the answer, and you are responsible for that use.

3. Account and token

Your account is a single token shown only once at sign-up. We keep only its hash, so we cannot show it again or recover it. Anyone with your token and API key can use your account and balance, so never share them.

4. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a contract under the laws where you live, and you must not be on a sanctions list or act on behalf of anyone who is.

5. Balance and top-ups

The balance is topped up with 12 methods in a secure PayGate checkout window opened with the top-up button, and is shown in US dollars. A top-up is added after the network confirms that the amount shown arrived at the address shown in the checkout; payments that need a check may be held briefly. A processing fee, depending on the amount, is shown in the checkout. The balance earns no interest.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are published per 1,000 tasks. The price of a task is deducted from your balance only when it is solved; failed or expired tasks are not charged. Prices may change, but tasks already created keep the price from when they were created.

7. API usage

Each API key can make up to 600 requests per minute. Do not share keys, try to bypass limits, or create load that affects other users.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for anything illegal or harmful to others, including fraud, account takeover, collecting personal data without consent, spam, denial-of-service attacks, accessing illegal content, or dealing with sanctioned parties. If such use is found, we suspend the account without notice and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design and code examples on this site belong to GateSolver. You are free to use the code examples in the docs to integrate with the service.

10. Service operation and changes

We work to keep the service running at all times, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Changes by CAPTCHA providers may briefly affect some types, and tasks that fail during that time are not charged.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, results of how you use the answers, or losses from policy changes on third-party sites, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the task in question.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we post them on this page with the date, and they apply to use after that.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact support from your account.
